The hotel building has recently undergone a complete restoration in the original style. The interiors, on the other hand, have been refurbished according to the precepts of contemporary design, with minimalist lines and sober colours creating an elegance that is offset by a few carefully chosen period pieces. Food & Beverage

The restaurant is situated right below the hotel. It comprises two large and elegant rooms characterised by arched ceilings, floors of slate and marble, and a double row of ancient columns. The food is inspired by regional tradition and is based on carefully selected ingredients of first-rate quality. The specialities of the house are; fresh home-made pasta (mandilli with pesto), savoury pies, fish (stock fish, cappon magro – a fish and vegetable salad) and its famous chocolate cake.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
